In an interview with Bernama on Thursday, the minister stated that that is due to the set up of an international-scale live performance stage which was booked from March 2019.
The stadium had been booked by the organisers of a tour by well-known Taiwanese artist Jay Chou whose present efficiency requires the set up of a stage involving a big crew.
